Tournament Registrations

 

Signing up for a tournament

• Signups for both SOCIAL and COMPETITIVE tournaments will open 14 days prior to the event date and close 8 days before the tournament at Noon. 
• An email will be sent for every individual tournament in which you can select “playing” or “not playing” for that particular date.

SOCIAL rounds

• Either click the "Playing" button then go select your tee time at 2025 BMGC League :: Tee Time Selection 

or

• You may go directly to the Tee Time Selection page at 2025 BMGC League :: Tee Time Selection page.  Once you choose your tee time, it will register you for that tournament.

COMPETITIVE rounds

• The only option is to click the "Playing" button.

 

Cancelling your participation

SOCIAL rounds:

• If registration is still open, simply go to 2025 BMGC League :: Tee Time Selection  and cancel your chosen tee time.  This will remove you from list of confirmed players for that event.

                   or

• If you have not made your own tee time yet, revisit the invitation or confirmation email received for that event and click the “not playing” button. 

 

• If registration has closed, first YOU MUST CALL THE PROSHOP AND CANCEL YOUR INDIVIDUAL TEE TIME.
• Then you must email the tournament director at djbarthel@gmail.com to let the tournament committee know you will no longer be playing.

 

COMPETITIVE rounds:

• If registration is still open, revisit the invitation or confirmation email received for that event and click the “not playing” button. 
• If registration has closed, email the Tournament Director at djbarthel@gmail.com to inform us of your change in status.
