Inclement Weather Cancellation Policy

 

Because every player has a different threshold as to what’s acceptable playing weather and what isn’t, thew BMGC is not intending to be the deciding factor as to whether to cancel any tournament. Therefore, it will be up to each player to cancel themselves out of the tournament or the course to cancel due to unplayable course conditions. 

 

Social events: Cancel if you choose, no refund necessary.

Process 

• Call the course and cancel your individual tee time, 
• Then inform the tournament committee that you will not be playing via email to djbarthel@gmail.com

 

Competitive events: Cancel if you choose, refund dependent on your timing.

As long as your cancellation occurs no later than the day before the tournament, your prepaid entry fees will be credited less cc fees. A cancelation the morning of or a no show the morning of the tournament, will result in no credit being issued. 

Process

• Email tournament director at djbarthel@gmail.com that you need to withdraw
• If tee times have been distributed, you must call the pro shop and cancel your individual spot.  If not, the Tournament Director will not include you in the event.
